Liverpool Young Persons Festival

LARC has been successful in securing funding from Arts Council to support the proposed Young Persons Festival that will be held in Liverpool at the start of this summer.

The Festival will be a real opportunity to celebrate young people’s creativity and entrepreneurialism and will demonstrate how LARC partners are committed to developing an approach to engaging young people with, and in, the arts that will influence planning and creative programming discussions, helping shape year-round work over and above the Festival period.
