This publication demonstrates how the eight Larc partners are using the opportunity of the Liverpool Thrive programme to build a leading role for the cultural sector in the city region.
The Larc partners do this this by creating innovative programming, by engaging people with great art and culture, by stimulating creativity, by connecting different parts of the city, by empowering local communities, by promoting the image of Liverpool and the region and by creating economic growth.
