Capacity Building Consultancy Opportunity

As part of its Liverpool Thrive! Programme, Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium wishes to commission a consultant to develop a tailored capacity building programme with community & cultural organisations in North Liverpool.

The Liverpool Thrive Programme is supported through Arts Council England’s Thrive! organisational development scheme.  This consultancy will reinforce the part of LARC’s Thrive programme that focuses specifically on North Liverpool.

CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

The purpose of this consultancy is to provide a programme of support to a number of community & cultural organisations in North Liverpool, helping build their cultural programming skills and working with them in securing the necessary resources for this purpose.

This consultancy will run until December 2010 and will include initially assessing the participating organisations and then working with them individually on a tailored support programme – ensuring that the learning process they go through enhances their own cultural programming and fundraising capacity for the future.

FEE

A total budget in the region of £25,000 is available for the capacity building process (including expenses, but excluding VAT which may be charged in addition to the fee).
