Seminar with Sir Ken Robinson

A CREATIVE CITY FOR A CREATIVE CENTURY: Sir Ken Robinson led a LARC seminar in November to discuss how the city could build on its 2008 achievements to put culture at the heart of regeneration of the city. More than 60 political, business and arts and culture leaders joined the landmark meeting, staged at the Bluecoat as part of an annual series of Thrive! events featuring international speakers. The seminar aimed to help inform the thinking that will underpin the real legacy of Capital of Culture 2008.
