Sharing Services and Solutions

As part of its Liverpool Thrive! Programme, Liverpool Arts Regeneration Consortium (LARC) has been working closely with RLK Partnerships; a Liverpool based consultancy team, to review the potential for shared services between the LARC members and potentially with other partners both within and beyond the cultural sector.

Improving Key Services
The main aims of this exercise are to increase effective organisational management by improving the quality of key services through a shared approach and to save money by sharing services
RLK have conducted scoping exercises with LARC partners to ascertain current levels of shared services and to identify interest and capacity to increased shared services both within and beyond LARC. RLK is also providing advice on the potential benefits and pitfalls of this approach.

An interim report has been produced offering recommendations and proposals to facilitate a shared approach between partners across operational areas.  These recommendations are to be piloted and discussed further over the coming months, with a further report due in April.

More information and results from this consultation will be announced through the website in the coming months.
